Early on Saturday evening, a guy was fatally injured by gunfire in the vicinity of the Old East Dallas area. The police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
In response to reports of a shooting in the vicinity, officers from the Dallas Police Department were dispatched to the 4900 block of Gaston Road, according to the department.
According to the police, when they arrived, they discovered a man who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The sufferer was sent to a nearby hospital without delay, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and passed away there.
The identity of the victim has not been made public, and the police department has stated that they have discovered that an unidentified person was responsible for shooting the man.
There has been no disclosure of any information by the authorities concerning the suspect’s description.
