Attorney Melissa Cowle and Chris Lambert have been awarded Family Law Board Certifications by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. The family law firm Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP (ONDA) would like to extend their congratulations to both of these individuals.
A distinction received by fewer than one percent of attorneys in the state of Texas, Board Certification in Family Law is currently held by each and every one of the firm’s qualifying attorneys. A passing score on the certification exam, successful completion of continuing legal education, and other experience-related milestones are all prerequisites for Board Certification.
“This is a significant achievement that Melissa and Chris have accomplished,” said Scott Downing, who is currently serving as the managing partner. “Board Certification is a demonstration of a certain level of commitment to the practice, and I am very proud to have a team that is committed to providing the highest possible level of service to our customers,”
In spite of the fact that both licensed professionals handle a wide range of family law cases, Ms. Cowle concentrates on divorce, property division, paternity, child custody, and revisions. Mr. Lambert’s practice focuses on legal matters pertaining to family law, including divorce, child custody, enforcements, adoptions, and appeals.
Both Ms. Cowle and Mr. Lambert have been recognized as Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers and as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by The Best Lawyers in America. Both of these accolades have been bestowed upon them on many occasions. In addition to that, Ms. Cowle was recently included in the list of the Best Lawyers Under 40 that was published in D Magazine.
The University of Oklahoma College of Law is where Ms. Cowle received her Juris Doctor degree, whereas Mr. Lambert received his Juris Doctor degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University Law School.
