A heartbreaking photo of a little dog left tied to a fire hydrant by her former owner went viral, but thankfully, the dog is now in safe hands.
Baby Girl, a tan mixed-breed dog, was found tied up to a fire hydrant in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a note from her former owners.
