Elixirr, a global consulting firm that has been operating out of Dallas since 2016, in addition to having an office in New York, is continuing to broaden and diversify its presence in the United States. For around $18.5 million, the company has bought the management consultancy Insigniam. This is the company’s third acquisition in the United States and its sixth acquisition overall since it became a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange in the year 2020.
Elixirr is one of the best-performing consultancies in the United Kingdom, having been established in 2009. It has doubled its workforce in the United States over the course of the past year, and the company’s Dallas branch currently boasts forty people.
In 2022, Elixirr recorded a revenue of more than $88 million, and the company anticipates that customers from the United States would account for half of the business in the not too distant future. Even without taking into account the additional revenue that Insigniam brings in, the company’s market projection for FY23 revenue was between $106 million and $112 million.
“I am exceptionally proud to expand our team, bringing in those who share in Elixirr’s ethos, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to create meaningful change—and in Insigniam, we have found exactly that,” said Stephen Newton, CEO and Founder of Elixirr. “Insigniam is the perfect place for us to find those individuals.” Today’s purchase represents a significant step forward in the direction of our lofty goals of being the most successful and rapidly expanding challenger consultancy in the United States by the year 2024.
In accordance with the terms of the agreement, Shideh Sedgh Bina and Nathan Owen Rosenberg, who were the co-founders of Insigniam, along with Katerin La Folcalvez and Jennifer Zimmer, will become members of the Elixirr partnership group. A total of fourteen million dollars was reported as revenue by Insigniam for the twelve months leading up to November of 2023.
According to Rosenberg, “Insigniam’s combination with Elixirr provides our customers with a variety of services that, in my examination of the market, have not been available before.” Already, the partners of Elixirr and Insigniam are working together to create new value for our combined clientele, and they are also working on developing a new set of products and services.
iOLAP, a data analytics company based in Frisco, was acquired by Elixirr in 2022, and this most recent purchase follows closely on the heels of that transaction. In the beginning of this year, it purchased the artificial intelligence business Responsum.
According to Eric Rich, a local partner, he anticipates that the year 2024 will symbolize the conclusion of strategic vision and ambitious aims. His statement to D CEO was as follows: “The incorporation of Insigniam into the Elixirr Group brings about opportunities for innovation, growth, and impactful client service that have never been seen before.” “It is a year that promises to deliver remarkable results for our clients and stakeholders alike, as well as transformative achievements, new milestones, and new milestones,”

The Sports Marketing Division of REV Entertainment Has Been Established
The Texas Rangers established REV Entertainment, an events company, and recently launched a new section named REV Sports Marketing. This new division is an addition to the portfolio of REV Entertainment. Additionally, the organization has brought on board Guy Tomcheck as the new vice president of sports marketing.
After working for the Rangers organization as the team’s director of partnership and sales, Tomcheck went on to work for the Dallas Stars as the vice president of corporate sponsorships. Tomcheck’s past experience includes both companies.
According to Sean Decker, president of REV Entertainment, the new vertical will extend the company’s client base while also providing more services to existing partners. Tomcheck will be in charge of the new vertical. When asked about Guy’s accomplishments in partnership and sales, Decker stated, “I have known and worked with Guy for more than 15 years, and during that time, he has established himself as a top leader in both of those areas.” For this newly established division, which will be essential to REV’s continued expansion and success in the future, Guy is the appropriate candidate for the role of leader.
In addition to being the official booking agent for Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, REV Entertainment was established in 2017 and serves as the official events partner of the Texas Rangers. There are a number of other divisions within the corporation, such as REV Production Services, REV Food Services, and REV Sports Marketing. A Marketing Company Acquisition of RocketMill by PMG
The marketing, advertising, and technology business PMG, which is based in Dallas, has recently purchased RocketMill, which is one of the independent full-service digital agencies in the United Kingdom that is growing at the fastest rate. In October, PMG completed the acquisition of Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media, a company based in Dallas that employs more than 160 people. This deal follows on the heels of that acquisition.
Through this step, the independent PMG will be elevated to a global stature and will be in responsibility of media billings totaling $4 billion, which is a significant rise from the $1 billion it was responsible for in 2019. Dropbox, Skybet, Bare Minerals, Hyundai, Kimberly-Clark, and The Telegraph are some of the companies that RocketMill has worked with as clients. When compared to the 500 staff it had previous to its two most recent acquisitions, the agency will now have 900 employees, which is a significant increase.
The Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PMG, George Popstefanov, who will continue to oversee the combined businesses, stated that “We believe this move positions us for tackling the headwinds that today’s customers face globally and reinforces our philosophy of always changing for the better.”
