In contrast to the optimistic view of his own prior administration, he gave a gloomy picture of the state of America now and pledged to put radical ideas into action in order to restore the country’s “boldness.”

In order to create up to 10 “freedom cities,” this “quantum leap” entails consuming 3.2 million acres, or 0.5 percent, of the state’s total land area. A competition would be held by the federal government to choose the designs for the cities that the public submitted.
Trump also urged for significant expenditures on vehicles with vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL). According to Trump, businesses in the US and China are working on the technology, and the US should take the lead.
No significant foreign or American carmaker has suggested such a design. An eVTOL proposal was unveiled by NASA in 2009; concepts from Boeing, Bell, and Airbus then followed.
Trump also advocated for cutting living expenses, increasing the affordability of homes and cars, initiating a “beautification” program, demolishing “ugly buildings,” and creating parks.
