It appears that Justin Timberlake reveals new music in his ‘Sanctified’ ESPN advertisement. For months, anticipation has been mounting.

Will Justin Timberlake release new music in 2024? Throughout an ESPN commercial for the NFL, images of football players on the field are accompanied by his voice, while the text “Sanctified” appears in the lower left corner of the screen.

Although it is only a brief audio clip, it is one of the pop star’s most recent actions that appears to indicate a possible return to music this year, possibly with the release of a new album.

On January 8, followers observed that Timberlake, 42, had deleted his entire Instagram feed and replaced his avatar with a photo of himself with his eyes lit up as he peered through the rearview mirror of a vehicle. Then, on January 12, he published an announcement regarding his upcoming “one night only” performance in Memphis.

A few days later, on January 17, he uploaded to Instagram a series of images accompanied by the caption “EITIW.” The initial image in the slideshow is an inverted flyer bearing the inscription “Missing.” TMZ obtained trademark applications for the phrase “Everything I Thought It Was,” which were filed by an attorney who had previously collaborated with the singer.

Throughout the previous few months, JT has formed partnerships with former colleagues with whom he has collaborated frequently. ESPN announced in August of last year that Timberlake and longstanding producer Timbaland would collaborate to curate music for select Monday Night Football games in 2023-2024.

The “SexyBack” singer reunited with Nelly Furtado and Timbaland in September for the single “Keep Going Up.” He and his NSync colleagues released their first new song in years later that month for the most recent Trolls film, in which he also appears.

With the release of Man of the Woods in 2018, Timberlake released his most recent studio album. The album, which featured the single “Say Something” featuring Chris Stapleton, presented the singer with a distinct musical direction following his commercially and critically successful 2013 albums The 20/20 Experience and The 20/20 Experience, 2 of 2.

As his fan base anticipates new music, the following is an account of Timberlake’s studio activities and the indications that his departure may portend forthcoming developments.
