Kim Kardashian Reveals Gym Routine: “I Already See Such a Change”

Kim Kardashian threw everything onto the gym floor. On March 26, the reality personality and founder of Skims posted videos of herself working out in the gym with fitness guru Senada Greca and putting her muscles to the test. In her Instagram Stories, Kardashian posted videos of herself lifting weights with the remark, “I’m going to show you guys a little bit of my workout today.” “Three months have passed since I began working out with @senada.greca. We work out with weights for two hours every day, five to six days a week.”

With a split-stance good morning, Kardashian began her gym routine. The exercise, which strengthens your glutes and hamstrings, can be performed using only your bodyweight, but Kardashian upped the difficulty by placing a 40-pound barbell over the back of her shoulders.

She then lowered to the ground, still holding the 40-pound bar over her shoulders, and performed bent kneeling good morning thrusts. She completed the strength workout by transitioning to heels-elevated banded goblet squats with a 20-pound weight, targeting her glutes and thighs. She tweeted beside a cry-laughing emoji, “This exercise is one of my least favorite but you need push through even when you don’t want to and I’m frightened of @senada.grace. After a few weighted step-ups with a 15-pound weight, Kardashian finished the exercise. She said, “Look at my triceps and delts.”
