On a cold, windy day in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Kristina Hollie and her colleague were waiting for the bus when they saw an adorable dog running errands with his mother. Just as the woman and her beloved dog were about to enter the post office, she was told that animals weren’t allowed inside.
