Head coach Mike McCarthy stated that if the Dallas Cowboys wish to advance significantly in the postseason, they must address their road woes and possibly draw inspiration from the Texas Rangers.
Despite securing a playoff berth, the Cowboys were embarrassed away at home by the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
The Cowboys have won every game at AT&T Stadium this season, a perfect seven. Their road record is currently 3-4.
Throughout their journey to the World Series, the Rangers won each postseason contest on the road.
On Monday, several Dallas Cowboys players visited nearby hospitals in an effort to promote holiday spirit.
McCarthy stated, “Certainly, we must emulate the Rangers.” “All I will say is the following. This team has provided a response virtually at every stage. Consequently, I am extremely certain that they will meet this challenge with success.”
McCarthy stated that the challenge in Miami is entirely different.
“Different style football team and this will be another great road challenge, so you’ve gotta play better this time of year,” he commented.
