According to the court documents, the 40-year-old mom, later identified as HoIIy, and the 41-year-old dad, later identified as Muosa, were taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder for their role in the death of their 8-year-old child Hunter.
Spokesperson for the DA’s office reportedly said that the 8-year-old overdosed on drugs after his parents left lethal fentanyl within their boy’s reach. The fatal incident occurred in July last year.
First responders arrived on scene after the parents called 911 and told the dispatcher that a little boy was in cardiac arrest. They entered the residence and found the boy unresponsive. Read the full story here ▶
