On Friday, May 22nd, people visiting a park in Chillicothe, Ohio discovered something heartbreaking. There was a puppy locked inside of a wire cage that had been left on the ground. The only signs of her owner were some handwritten messages scrawled onto her skin in black permanent marker.
The word “Free” was written across her side, and on the other side in big letters it said “I am a gift from God.” Underneath that were the words “Good home only.” Read the full story here ▶
