Rita Ora Shines at the Premiere of “Thor: Love and Thunder” in a plunging embellished gown

The UK premiere of “Thor: Love and Thunder” attracted the Marvel Universe to London’s Leicester Square on July 5. Glittering gowns illuminated the city. Rita Ora’s glistening Elie Saab gown for the “Poison” singer drew our attention in particular.

Ora sat by the side of her New Zealander filmmaker beau Taika Waititi, with whom she is rumored to have recently become engaged and a wedding is thought to be just around the corner. And in the plunging dress with fringed panels, an exposed back, a thigh-high split, and crystal embellishments, Ora looked every bit the star.

Ora decided to boost the style ante by accessorizing with even more sparkling crystal jewelry and silver platform shoes because sometimes more is more. She added immaculate dewy makeup to complete the look and pulled her bronde hair back into a low bun with plaits. Fans were mesmerized by her appearance, but her best accessory was a radiant smile.

Natalie Portman, who plays the title character in the movie Thor, and Ora crossed paths at the premiere. Portman’s strapless puffball minidress was given a great finishing touch in the form of a dramatic red flower hairband, giving us the red dancing lady emoji vibes. The custom-made dress came from Dior’s Cruise collection 2023 and was styled by Ryan Hastings. It was paired with barely there red heels.

Tessa Thompson, a fellow Thor star, chose a silver gown similar to Ora’s. She definitely earned a gold star in our book of style thanks to the sequined bandeau column dress by Oscar de la Renta. The dress had glittery threads and was split to allow for movement, but it was the contemporary styling that truly captured our attention. Thompson’s gown received a modern twist from Wayman and Micah’s dynamic styling team when they combined it with gold over-the-knee boots, cuffs on the upper arms, and a necklace. Her appearance was effortless splendor at its finest, with bronze smokey makeup.

The blue carpet was given a punk edge by actor Pom Klementieff. She cinched an oversized leather belt while donning a see-through netted asymmetric dress over black high-waist panties. Bridgerton’s Regé-Jean Page and Serena Williams were also in attendance. Ahead, see all the looks at the UK premiere of “Thor: Love and Thunder” that really were out of this world.
