Prosecutors said that the 34-year-old man reportedly waited for his wife to be taken to the hospital so he could r-pe his stepdaughter and then dump her body in a river.
The stepfather, whose identity was not revealed, allegedly r-ped his 6-year-old stepdaughter while his wife was in the hospital giving birth to a baby.
