The finest superfood are quinoa and cranberry bars

½ cup slivered almonds, roughly chopped
½ cup cashews, roughly chopped
½ cup quinoa
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries
2 tablespoons honey

1 Set the oven to 375°F. A 20 cm square slice pan should be greased and lined with baking paper. Use baking paper to line a sizable baking pan. On the prepared baking sheet, combine the almonds, cashews, quinoa, and pumpkin seeds. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown and fragrant. Place the nut mixture in a sizable bowl and let it cool.

2 tablespoons of water, along with the cranberries and honey, should be added to a small food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir thoroughly after adding cranberry paste to the chilled nut mixture. Using prepared slice tin, press mixture into it. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until firm. Slice should be removed from oven and let to cool completely in tin.

3 Take the slice out of the tin, split it into 12 bars, and wrap each one separately.
