The phrase “barely there” is elevated to a whole new level in Hunter Schafer’s most recent outfit. The “Euphoria” actress wore a single white feather as a bra top to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty on March 12. With the exception of nipple pasties and a narrow ring that circled her back, the dependable feather spanned across her chest. Schafer smiled for pictures while donning a matching satin low-rise skirt that pooled on the red carpet. The bold ensemble made its runway premiere just one week ago as the final piece from Ann Demeulemeester’s fall 2023 collection during Paris Fashion Week.
Schafer threw on a white ruched jacket after hitting the red carpet since her feather top wouldn’t have been easy to dance in without a wardrobe malfunction. She accessorized with white platform heels, a few modest jewelry, and a clear french manicure with the assistance of stylist Law Roach in order to not draw attention away from her striking attire. Zendaya, Schafer’s adoring co-star, quickly commented on Roach’s Instagram post of Schafer’s appearance with the words “STUNNING” and three heart-eye emojis.
At the after-Awards party, Schafer’s dress was only one of several daring ones. Emily Ratajkowski chose a silver Feben nude dress, while Olivia Wilde opted for a white Gabriela Hearst dress that revealed a mini leather bra top. Ciara shone in a completely sheer Dundas gown. Furthermore, Kate Bosworth made headlines for donning a 10-carat diamond ring that has Justin Long engagement rumors rife.
