Through Amazon’s Leave Share program, staff members can donate six weeks of paid parental leave to a partner or spouse whose employer doesn’t offer paid time off.
In order to help parents re-adjust to work schedules after the birth or adoption of a child, Amazon also provides them with eight consecutive weeks of flexibility and part-time work hours.

Adoption: Amazon provides adoptive parents with up to six weeks of paid leave.
