We informed that there were seven animals at that location. Five were starving to death. A mother and her pup, that’s all that was left.
The mother chained up, couldn’t protect her cubs or escape from the situation. She’s dying, slowly, and the only person who cared for her until that moment was her own puppy, the only one left.
