Pedro’s day started like any other, taking orders and filling drinks. Before he knew it, he was in his rhythm, running to and from the kitchen, fetching coffee, and maneuvering between his coworkers. He never thought his regular day would have an extraordinary impact.

He capped the cups and packed the bags, making sure to place the boxes at the bottom and the fries on top. No one liked soggy fries. He opened the window to greet the next customer.
