Most people who have a DNA test done with Ancestry DNA or 23andme.com are doing so out of curiosity. “What am I made of???” Many people also hope to learn more about their family trees.
But for two American women in their 40s who were born in South Korea, having their tests done ended up meaning something else entirely.
